Standard full color imprints (CMYK) used in TRANSFER PRINT technique are divided into 4 colors: cyan, magenta, yellow and black (key color). But not always colors displayed on monitor are the same as will be the final imprint on mugs. Magenta ink used in printing on ceramics is darker than magenta used in offset. That's why sometimes (especially in case of red, pink and purple imprints) desired effect can be achieved only by using additional Pantone colors.

Yes. Such a possibility exists for Xpression Organic Transfer Print technology. This technology enables the application of imprints in any Pantone color. 

In standard ceramic Transfer Print technology color tones can vary after baking. Final tone of the color is influenced by many factors e.g.: quality and color of the ceramics, used ink and the temperature of firing. There are no Pantone indications for ceramic inks and thus imprints on mugs and cups cannot be precisely aligned to this template. However, in most cases extensive experience we possess, allows us to fulfill the expectations of our customers, nevertheless differences in shades of colors up to 15% cannot be a reason for complaint.

The best photo-quality imprints are obtained in the ART PRINT technology.

Minimum quantity for Transfer Print, Xpression – Organic Transfer Print, Magic Mug, Art Print, Sensitive Touch,  Direct Print, (one color imprint) and Laser Engraving orders is 24 pieces.

Minimum quantity for Hydrocolor, (in any Pantone color), Multicolor, Sensitive Touch Color Plus (in any Pantone color), Direct Print (more than 1 color imrpint) orders is 108 pieces.

Notice:
- Direct Print imprint starting from 24 pieces is available only for one color imprint. Direct Print in 2 and more colors is available starting from 108 pieces
- Hydrocolor coating and Sensitive Touch Color Plus for orders below 108 pieces are available only in a limited palette of colors that are currently on our stock. Hydrocolor coating and Sensitive Touch Color Plus in any Pantone color are available only starting from 108 pieces.

The order is deemed fully delivered if any discrepancy between ordered and delivered amount is within +/- 5 %. The invoice is made out on actual amounts within 7 days of sale
Information: Random product losses and faults occurring in high-temperature furnaces are natural to the process. It may happen that when manufacturing ends for a given order, we are out of stock for the particular mug type. Such a decrease in available product results in a reduction of the payment due on the invoice (in relation to the number of losses) or in manufacturing additional items, however, no later than as arranged in the agreement.

You can receive your mugs or cups in two ways:
- packaged individually (each mug in a single box). This service is extra paid.
- standard bulk box.

Our goods are well protected during shipment. Small orders are send on mini pallets, bigger ones on Euro pallets.

The following options are available:

- Delivery time for most options (Direct Print, ceramic transfer printing, Sensitive Touch, laser engraving, Art Print, Magic Mug) is 10 business days, commencing from the delivery of all the materials necessary for production, confirmation of the project for print and receipt of the written order confirmation.
- Delivery time for options: Hydrocolor, Multicolor, Sensitive Touch, Color Plus and Xpression - organic transfer print is 15 business days scommencing from the delivery of all the materials necessary for production, confirmation of the project for print and receipt of the written order confirmation.
- Last Minute orders with delivery date of 5 business days. The manufacturing capacity is to be confirmed from time to time with the account manager.

When making an order before 12.00 o'clock, the 5/10/15 day delivery time begins on the day of making the order. If the order was made after 12.00 o'clock, the delivery time of 5/10/15 days begins on the next business day.

Yes, you can order products in colors and shapes that aren't in our standard offer.
minimal quantity: we can make products of any shape from 10,000 pieces. Catalog products with special glaze color can be made when ordering a minimum of 5 000 units.

Due to the different rates for each country, shipping cost is calculated individually.

Prepare your custom design file in line with the instructions provided below:
- names for the personalized inscription on one side, fonts converted to curves,
- the maximum font size for the custom text is 16 points (size provided for Arial font),
- the custom design should be clearly separated from the rest of the print; it must not touch the rest of the design.

The choice of decorating technique determines the purchase price, the cheapest is Direct Print, the most expensive is Magic Mug. Of course decorating technique is not the only factor. Others are: quantity of ordered mugs, imprint size and number of used colors.

All of these factors are included in our calculator.

The capacity of each mug, cup, glass and tankard is measured by hand, so that the surface of liquid is approx. 5-8 mm below its upper rim. Due to the specificity of the manufacturing process for ceramic and porcelain products, even within the same batch, the value can be slightly varied per individual cup (+/- 15%), such variance does not provide sufficient grounds for a complaint.

• TRANSFER PRINT and DIRECT PRINT: Imprints on porcelain and ceramics products are being burnt in the temperature of 800-840°C, this process makes them dishwasher safe.
• MULTICOLOR coating is dishwasher safe.
• We guarantee that mugs and cups with HYDROCOLOR coating retain their properties and colors for at least 400 wash cycles in domestic dishwashers or for one year.
• We guarantee that ART PRINT overprints retain their properties and colors for at least 500 wash cycles in a domestic dishwashers or for one year.
• We guarantee that mugs and cups with SENSITIVE TOUCH COLOR PLUS coating retain their properties and colors for at least 400 wash cycles in domestic dishwashers or for one year.
• MAGIC MUG, CRYSTAL TOUCH, XPRESSION - ORGANIC TRANSFER PRINT and imprints on the glass: hand washing only.

Gold and silver imprints are made only by transfer print. Printing inks used for this purpose, are largely composed of real gold or silver. Those valuable ingredients even during firing do not become part of the glaze. Therefore mugs with those imprints are not to be washed in the dishwasher. We also do not recommend using them in microwave ovens.

However, we have an interesting alternatives for you: matt silver and matt gold decorations. These imprints are slightly less glossy. On the other hand, there are three advantages of such imprints:
- it is possible to print them using cheaper DIRECT PRINT,
- there is no extra charge for those inks,
- they can be washed in dishwashers and used in microwave ovens.

The difference between those two colors results from the use of different ingredients. Royal White porcelain is lighter and more permeable to the sunlight than the standard white porcelain. Also mugs made of Royal White Porcelain have more natural, warm color.

We work exclusively with proven and carefully selected subcontractors and manufacturers of ceramic products, inks and coats, who use only certified and safe raw materials throughout their manufacturing process.

With this in mind, we are able to guarantee that all our products meet the rigorous standards provided in the Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, and the Commission Directive 2005/31/EC of 29 April, 2005 amending Council Directive 84/500/EEC as regards a declaration of compliance and performance criteria of the analytical method for ceramic articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.

The characteristics of the manufacturing process for advertising ceramic products as well as the particular requirements provided in the above legal acts determine the performance of certification testing only for products with applied final print.
